Ute John is founder and Managing Director of WissensWertSchöpfung Company Consultants. As a Knowledge Management professional she brightens the wits of companies and organizations. She focusses on KM supporting the people in any organizational process with systematic, but also creative solutions.

Ute’s professional background lies in Knowledge and Organizational Management. She has a long-standing history of working in various international leadership functions in the automotive and aerospace industries before starting her own consulting business.

Ute is president of Gesellschaft für Wissensmanagement e. V. (the Knowledge Management Association in German-speaking countries).

She lives in Berlin and in Wendland.
