Knowledge Management and Creativity - enabling Innovation by GfWM

TOPIC Innovation is greatly enhanced by increasing diversity: diversity of thinking, experience, backgrounds, age, education, and cultures to name but a few of the possible dimensions. Bringing people together in these kinds of diverse and varied teams to work towards a common goal, however, is often easier said than done. What role can Knowledge Management (KM) play in the innovation dialogue?

GfWM - Gesellschaft für Wissensmanagement e. V.  will explore obstacles the diverse teams may experience through the use of improvisational and role-play techniques, thus stimulating a more thorough fishbowl discussion on KM and its role in innovation. Come join this Breakout Session if you are looking for new ways to address old problems.

FORMAT In Breakout Sessions the conference participants will split into small groups of attendees to discuss specific subjects or aspects of the broad theme 'Cross Innovation'. The format offers the programme attendees an opportunity to discuss, reflect, or act upon the theme in a more intimate setting.

The conference attendees will be free to choose out of five sesssios at a time which will take place in five different locations at the conference venue.
