Registration & Participation

Can I complete a group registration for myself and my colleagues? You may complete a registration for yourself and one additional person. In case you wish to complete the registration for more than two people please feel free to start a second registration process.  

I will only be able to attend one day of the conference or only selected programme topics. Is that possible? Of course, you can decide which programme topics are relevant and best meet your requirements. However, we encourage you to attend as many events as possible in order to get as much output (learning effects and international contacts) as possible from the two days of the conference.

What is the cancellation policy for the conference? If you are unable to attend the conference at short notice, please cancel by sending an email to christin.apenbrink@kreativgesellschaft.org.

Can a colleague attend the conference in my place? If you are unable to attend the conference at short notice and would like a colleague to take your place, please send a brief message to christin.apenbrink@kreativgesellschaft.org and provide the name of the new participant.

Will there be simultaneous interpretation at the conference? The conference will be held in English. There will be no simultaneous interpretation.

Do I belong to the conference target group? Yes, if you are an employee or manager in a public or semi-public (creative) business development institution, a chamber of commerce or chamber of crafts, public authorities and administrative offices at the interfaces of fostering innovation at universities and research institutions.

Arrival & Activities

I would like to take this opportunity to explore the city of Hamburg. Do you have any tips? Yes, we will provide you in advance by email and on site with tips that go beyond the classic sightseeing programme. Stay tuned!

I arrive the night before the conference. Are there any activities in the programme planned at that time? On the evening before the conference, we will invite all early arrivals to a joint dinner in the Oberhafenquartier, a lively creative district in Hamburg’s HafenCity.

Will food and refreshments be provided during the conference? Food and drinks will be provided for a fee during the conference days.
