Stephanie Barnes

Stephanie Barnes is a creativity and innovation consultant living in Berlin, but originally from Canada. Her background is as a painter, knowledge management consultant, IT process consultant, and accountant. Stephanie has an MBA in information technology, and a BBA in accounting as well as being a successful artist.

She enjoys helping people, and the organisations they work for, to reach their full potential by re-learning the creativity that was educated out of them, thus improving employee engagement and well-being as well as organisational success. She has two superpowers: using both sides of her brain (analytical and creative), and asking questions.
