Laura Veart

Laura Veart is the programme manager for the Urban M Interreg Europe project, the aim of which is to change city and regional policies in the partnership to ensure collaborative maker spaces thrive. She is based in the Institute for Creative Innovation (ICI) at Birmingham City University (BCU), which is the lead partner for the project. Prior to this, she supported academics at the university to bid for EU research and mobility funding for their projects.  She has also worked for a research consultancy for a number of years undertaking evaluations, feasibility studies and impact assessments for the European Commission.
